We do realize some parts of these terms are repeated in different areas. We feel this was needed to be clear in all areas.
Only members from the following countries will be accepted and only those members who read and understand English!!
Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France,Germany, Greece, Iceland, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, and United States
Some members are ads only, if accepted into the program with owners permission only!
Permission to join if your country is not listed must be granted prior to joining by using the contact page!
Inactives members deleted every 14 days!
CalendarDays.com Terms Of Service
By signing up and actively using the CalendarDays.com program you agree to all terms and conditions
set forth in this agreement. CalendarDays.com may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete
portions of this agreement and impose changes without prior notification of its
members. Members may or may not be informed of any and all changes to this policy via an
email to their primary contact email address provided upon signing up with CalendarDays.com.
If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate
this agreement. Your continued participation in the CalendarDays.com program following our posting
of a change in policy notice or new agreement on our site will constitute binding
acceptance to the change. Only members from Searchable Countries may select search as a keyword, if any member not from United States, Canada, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and United Kingdom. selects search your account will be terminated and all monies owed will be forfieted and your account will not be returned.
Responsibility of Members:
You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in this program. Our program
is open to both US and International members and is void where prohibited by local
governing laws.
You agree to and must use your own name and email address in the sign-up process
and may not assume a false identity. You may not sign-up multiple times with different
email addresses. Your computer must not be shared with another individual that
has an existing CalendarDays.com account.
You will use your email address / password combination to access your account,
it is your responsibility to keep this information confidential, you may change
this information by logging into your account and following the "User Account
Info." link.
You are solely responsible for any and all use of your CalendarDays.com account including authorization
by you to any third party individual who may use your account.
Should any instances of fraud, system abuse, or any type of activity deemed to
be inappropriate or illegal by CalendarDays.com be detected it may result in member termination
and possible legal action. Any solicitation of advertisers for a confirmation
email for purposes of receiving credit in your account will be grounds for immediate
termination.
You must maintain your email account that you used when signing up CalendarDays.com. You must
maintain your e-mail account that you used when signing up with CalendarDays.com. You agree
to receive e-mail advertising from CalendarDays.com. limited to no more than (280) per day.
In the event your e-mail account on file becomes closed or blocked to messages
from CalendarDays.com, your account will be terminated. This especially applies to e-mail accounts
returned for being Full. Any member sending us gibberish will result in automatic
termination of account and Forfeiture of All earnings to date of termination.
Auto-responses will also be deleted immediately.
Relationship of the Parties:
You and CalendarDays.com are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates
any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment
relationship between you and CalendarDays.com. You understand that you do not have authority
to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of CalendarDays.com. You
may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict
anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment
of any taxes for money earned while using the program.
You may set yourself to a vacation period of no more than 30 days. You must log in and start clicking within 5 days of the end of the vaction period. You must remove the vaction date from your account as well. No one will be paid while set to vacation. Do not abuse the vacation period by constantly resetting yourself to vacation periods.
Should you not be able to click for a period of time due to family matters, illness or acts of nature, we ask that you please try to notify us by mail via the contact page. You may have someone do this in your behalf should you not be able to notify us yourself. Please remember we only know an account is inactive and if it is past 14 days it will be deleted if we are not notified of any circumstances preventing you from being active.
Limitation of Liability:
CalendarDays.com will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other
indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of
or related to this Agreement or CalendarDays.com program, even if CalendarDays.com has been advised of the
possibility of such damages. Furthermore, CalendarDays.com aggregate liability arising under
this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to
you under this Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive termination or
expiration of the Agreement.
Advertising:
Members may advertise by either using redemptions or buying advertising. Points and earnings both may be used for redemptions. You will find the link to the redemptions in your members area.
No adertising for anything illegal will be accepted. this includes but it not limited to:
Advertising for Adult, Illegal, Drug sites of any kind, Gambling, MLM, HYIP, Tobacco, Mod Chip, Randomizer or Non-English language sites. Anything not allowed by Paypal will not be accepted!
We do not issue refunds so please make sure you follow these guidelines on accepted advertising.
All banner/ptc images must be working images or the advertising will be refused and no refunds made.
If a link for the wrong amount is sent it will be rolled back and the incorrect amount deducted from members accounts.
Anyone trying to cash out for these wrong amounts will be deemed as cheating and may at the owners discretion be deleted.
What is cheating:
We send email ads and or ptc banners to make sure members do read what they are clicking on and earning from since that is what our advertisers pay for...the members to be reading.
If three (3) or more of these "cheat" links are clicked, your account will be deleted and all earnings, downlines and upgrades will be lost. And will not be reinstated for any reason!!
Any use of click/bot software is also cheating and will not be tolerated in any way. You will be deleted and removed from the site and will be banned.
If a wrong link amount is sent, it will be rolled back to the proper amount, if you try to cashout for the wrong link, you will be deleted.
We reserve the right to refuse anyone we feel is determental to this site.
Payments:
Members may earn by receiving paid-emails and visiting the advertiser websites
after they have entered their member ID in the area on the website provided by
CalendarDays.com. Members may earn by referring new members to the CalendarDays.com program. Members will
earn a percentage of advertising revenues collected by CalendarDays.com. Members will be paid
via PayPal . CalendarDays.com
will pay members when their balance reaches the minimum payout rate set by CalendarDays.com.
Once the member has reached payout they may request payment. Payments will be made within 60 days or a reasonable time after.
Members must login and click an email link once every 7 days in order to be considered active and receive any referral earnings. There must be no cheat link clicks within 30 days. You must be active an not on vacation to be paid.
We are deleting inactive accounts after 14 days of such inactivity.
Spam:
You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING),
newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply
will result in immediate termination of your membership with CalendarDays.com and may result
in legal prosecution. CalendarDays.com strictly enforces anti-Spamming laws. Spamming is a federal
crime. Any member caught Spamming will not only have their account terminated
immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be
held liable for Spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations
that may arise from the Spamming incident. CalendarDays.com may charge up to $5 per spam email
sent. Multiple sign-ups shall be grounds for immediate termination of all involved
accounts. Signing up multiple times from the same computer also constitutes fraud.
CalendarDays.com will file charges for recovery of any earnings received from multiple sign-ups.
